LCD ( Lowell's Custom Designing ) Has been installing video surveillance systems since 1990.
We provide a quality discreet installation. My wife and I are the only ones who be installing these devices. No need to worry if the current employee of that out of town company knows way too much about your property.
We also are making available video systems for rent. This way you can stop a problem without the investment in equipment.
Quality video equipment does not come cheep. I know you can go to some magazine or wholesale store and get something cheaper. We can install this type of equipment , but we do not warranty it or recommend it. Or experience with this type equipment is that it just does not hold up in the log run. Then you end up replacing it,, spending more overall.

Alarm systems
We have been installing alarm systems in the Lauderdale co. area for over 15 years. We have built a reputation as a company that takes care of its customers. LCD is a Licensed general contractor and Electrical contractor. And are therefore exempted from "any" alarm licensing requirements, because we obtain no more than 50% of LCD's income from the sale of alarms. I feel the need to mention this so as if any one was to wonder about my status. I was installing alarms in addition to my electrical and contracting jobs before there ever was an alarm law. I understand the need by our government to improve the alarm industry with regulation. In my opinion, being one in the business for a long time, if improvement in the industry is really a priority. Why doesn't our government begin inspections of alarms just like we Electricians are used to? OK all that being said:::

Capricorn SPI 648 This is our Top of the line model. It can be configured to be a wireless system. It is a talking alarm when it is in the fire alarm mode. Also featuring hand held remote controls, single digit arming, and capability of integration to home lighting system. Price: $850.00 Installed (assuming a typical installation that has adequate access to attic and crawl space) Price includes same as below except includes one remote control. Additional remotes available for $50.00 each.
